Platte River Builders started with two framers, one truck and a production contract in Highlands Ranch. Fourteen years later we run dedicated framing and siding divisions, an in-house drafting and permit team, and a vetted network of 38 trade partners.
That means when your project needs an electrician, a structural engineer, a roofer or a concrete crew, you don't go find one. We already have. You sign one contract, talk to one project manager, and watch the schedule hold.
