A written scope for framing, envelope, and any trade we will carry on our schedule.

Permit
We assemble the packet, or pull the permit, for the jurisdiction that owns the address.

Frame
Walls, floors, roofs, beams, and the temporary bracing that keeps the house true.

Dry-in
Sheathing, windows set with the right partners, and a roof that can take weather.

Siding
Rainscreen, flashings, and the finish skin: lap, panel, or board-and-batten.
